What is an average participation rate for feedback surveys?
Our methodology makes responding quick and easy for your clients. As a result, our clients typically experience strong response rates between 30% and 60%, or higher for client surveys. For employee surveys, the response rates are typically much higher, between 60% and 100%.

How does Client Opinions protect the confidentiality of respondents?
Confidentiality is ensured in a couple of ways. If you choose to send the email or mail invitation (recommended), Client Opinions never sees any personal information regarding your clients. In addition, when clients take the online survey, our approach is generally to make it optional for them to give their name. If they wish to remain “Anonymous”, they have that option.

In the case of employee surveys, all respondents are traditionally “Anonymous” so that employees will feel most comfortable about answering the survey questions candidly.

How long does the process take?
The entire process typically takes 6-8 weeks.

Can I send out paper surveys if I don’t have email addresses?
Yes, you can send out paper surveys, and have participants return them directly to Client Opinions.

Is there an ideal time to conduct a survey?
Surveys can be conducted any time of year. You can even field a survey during a holiday period, but you may want to keep it open a little longer to collect responses.
