This program provides Financial Consultants that work with Bank organizations a structured and streamlined methodology for conducting annual, online customer research. This program has been used by hundreds of financial professionals working in banks to obtain actionable customer feedback to grow their practice.Frequently Asked Questions
How it Works
Process Review: Client Opinions will review with your organization the survey process, questionnaire, and establish a project timeline.
Survey Launch: After you approve all program components and identify the participating customers and financial consultants, you will email and/or mail the survey to customers.
Data Collection & Analysis: Customers will complete the survey online (or fill out a hardcopy survey). All responses come directly to Client Opinions to be processed and analyzed.
Reporting: After the survey is closed, Client Opinions will send you an aggregate Final Summary Report showing the results from each financial advisor’s customers. In addition, an Individual Response Report will be provided showing each individual customer’s responses to each question.
Consultation and Review: Client Opinions will hold a group conference call for all participating financial consultants to attend. The final report will be reviewed and action steps recommended.

There are three main types of reports.
1. Management Aggregate Report
Shows an overview of all Financial Consultants.

2. Financial Consultant Aggregate Report
Shows aggregate results for each Financial Consultant.
3. Individual Response Report
Shows how each customer answered every question.
