Can I modify the survey questions?
The Survey Marketplace turnkey programs are priced at the lowest possible fee because Client Opinions has streamlined and automated much of the survey process based on market tested survey questionnaires.  Survey Marketplace survey questionnaires are intended to be used as designed so that you may compare your results to other organizations that have used the same survey.

If you decide you must make changes to the survey, you will be transfered to our custom survey department and they will quote you a fee estimate (see Survey Marketplace Terms & Conditions).

How long does the process take?
The entire process typically takes 3-4 weeks.

Can I send out paper surveys if I don’t have email addresses?
Yes, you can send out paper surveys, and have participants return them directly to Client Opinions.

Is there an ideal time to conduct a survey?
Surveys can be conducted any time of year. You can even field a survey during a holiday period, but you may want to keep it open a little longer to collect responses.
